Bite O' Mania 2026: Turning CRM Theory into Real-World Success.

"Bite O' Mania" was organized by HRM and Marketing students from Intakes 12 and 13 of the Faculty of Management as part of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. Through this initiative, students collaborated closely with local government institutions and the Sri Lanka Police, along with corporate sponsors including Prime Lands, Pizza Hut, AutoZone, and more than 20 additional brands. The event was also graced by social media influencer Hunny Bunny.

Their efforts culminated in a vibrant and highly successful street food festival held on 25 February 2026, which attracted strong public participation and fostered meaningful community, alumni engagement. The module was taught and supervised by Mr. Chrishankar Janathanan, with overall project leadership provided by Project Chair Ms. B.G.S. Nimeshika Premarathna (Intake 12). The entire student cohort worked collaboratively to ensure the event’s success, demonstrating exceptional teamwork, dedication, and responsibility. Students remained on-site until 11:30 p.m., ensuring that all operations concluded smoothly, including post-event clean-up. This project stands as a powerful example of student achievement, successfully transforming classroom theory into meaningful real-world practice. The event also received media coverage from Derana TV.

The project was facilitated by the Procurement, Student Development, and Marketing departments of Horizon Campus. These departments supported internal logistics, including obtaining PHI clearances, local government approvals, and influencer funding. Additional facilitation was provided by the Foresight team and the Access Head of Transport and Service, Mr. P.W. Kumarage.
